PRE-PRODUCTION

The pre-production stage involves of evaluating, places to film etc. This also involves the process of getting permission of where to record, a risk assessment and a location recce.  

Ethical considerations: This means taking your audiences preference (religion, gender etc.) into consideration, make sure the content you use doesn't offend anyone who would be watching your news report. News reports also sometimes give warnings to say if the video contains flashing lights to let people with epilepsy know that some scenes could cause a seizure.
