ASSESS

In my news report i have completed all of my filming and editing. I added subtitles and background music to my news report. My news report was also kept in chronological order throughout the interview. 

REFLECT

At first i found this task quite challenging but after getting feedback from my tutor Sam i found it easier to make improvements. 

If i was to re-do anything i would work harder on my research, i feel i could have done more on the none practical, I think i could have done more secondary research. The mic audio for my voice was not loud enough however i was able to work around this by adding subtitles and putting the question in writing on the screen and then cut to Sams reaction.

My first attempt of getting footage went well. I had a whole news report ready to submit and edited however near the submission day the footage got corrupted. i lost the file for the footage and had to spend another hour recording and multiple hours editing the new footage and removing the old footage and audio. 

PLAN AHEAD

I need to improve on my time management and also getting equipment for recording. In my next project i will make sure to improve on all aspects including the practical and non-practical elements pf my project.
